CANCELLED: CincoFest with Milonga and Friends

Price: All Ages - $22 | VIP Includes Dinner $47.00

Join Spokane’s Hottest Latin band in commemoration of the Battle of Puebla, celebrating a diverse tapestry of Latin@ art, music, culture, food, and dance. The event will highlight the history of the Mexican holiday, as well as its influence on Latino culture in the United States today. Performances from local groups; The Satori House Band (7:30-8pm), Quiero Flamenco (8-8:15), and Los Vigiles (8:30-9:30), will bring the heat to the Bing Crosby Theater stage, with Milonga’s fusion of Pan-Latin dance grooves closing out the night. The theater lobby will also host Latin@-inspired art exhibits from local and regional artists. This event is open to all ages, with 21 & over in designated areas (balcony & lounge) where drinks are served. According to the Aztec Warrior calendar found at any tiendita or panaderia, 2020 drops Cinco de Mayo right in the lap of Taco Tuesday, a tasty opportunity that would be sorely missed by celebrating on the weekend. Ovations Lounge (3rd floor) will host a VIP exclusive dinner from 6-7pm featuring food provided by Cochinito Taqueria, drink specials, and DJ Breezy Brown, spinning some eclectic, Old-School Latin vinyl.
